Finding And Learning New Tools To Restore And Maintain Our Mental Health Are Relevant More Than Ever As We Look For Ways To Ease Our Pandemic Tensions. Throughout History, Music Has Served As An Outlet For Life’s Milestones And Triumphs And On November 21, 2020 That Tradition Continues With The 5th Annual Black Music Honors.
Presented By Central City Productions, The 2-hour Event Acknowledges Influential Artists And Institutions That Have Made A Global Contribution To African American Music.

The 2020 Black Music Honorees Include Grammy® Award-nominated R&B Marvels, En Vogue (Urban Music Icon Award), Grammy® Award Winners Deborah Cox (Entertainer Icon Award) & Fred Hammond (Gospel Music Icon Award), As Well As The National Museum Of African American Music (Legacy Award). The Celebration This Year Will Be Hosted By Rickey Smiley, Dedicated To First Responders & Essential Workers, With A Special Tribute To Bill Withers. Performances Include Raheem Devaughn, Musiq Soulchild, Tweet, June’s Diary, Marvin Sapp, Major, Brian Courtney Wilson, Rl, D Smoke, And Shelea’.

The 5th Annual Black Music Honors premieres on Bounce TV Network as a two-hour virtual special on Saturday, November 21 at 12 p.m. ET and in broadcast syndication later this fall.
