@MadFlavorTV had the honor to attend the premiere of “First Lady of BMF: The Tonesa Welch Story” in Washington D.C. at the Regal Theaters at Gallery Place.
We saw a very good movie. It was “Kold as Hell” and by Kold we mean excellent and bold; And very well produced. Kudos to @megamind_media, Tressa Smallwood (@ceoazarel), Vivica A. Fox ( @msvfox ), and Judge Greg Mathis (@judgegregmathis), and Tonesa Welch (@firstladytonesa)
Oh and that Music, Art department, and makeup and hair hit the mark 1000%. I felt like I was in the 90’s again. “Yo when they played that song when she and Terry got together, I thought I was listening to Curtis Mayfield “PusherMan” – There should be a soundtrack!!!!! But I digress (lol)
Host Cherie Moody (@mspinkceo) spoke with attendees about Redemption and with this being DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH, asked Ms. Welch about her strength and ‘GETTING OUT’
